Palestinian prisoner Abu Hawash continues his strike for the 130th day

Occupied Jerusalem (ST): Palestinian prisoner Hisham Abu Hawash continues his hunger strike in protest against the continuous crimes of the Israeli occupation towards  the prisoners, amid serious deterioration to his health.

The spokesman for the Prisoners and Ex-Prisoners Affairs Authority, Hassan Abd Rabbo, told WAFA that the prisoner Abu Hawash is being held in the Ramleh detention camp, and there is a real danger to his life due to the lack of fluid and salts in his body, in addition to the severe decrease in his weight, his inability to move and his loss of the ability to speak, warning of the possibility of his exposure to a sudden health setback that may lead to his death or injury to his nervous system due to damage to the functions of his vital organs such as the heart, liver, kidneys and lungs.

Abed Rabbo pointed out that the occupation authorities continue their intransigence and refusal to release the prisoner Abu Hawash, who continues his hunger strike for the 130th day, despite the seriousness of his health condition and the urgent need to transfer him to the hospital.
