Palestinian Presidency: Israeli terrorism requires a firm stance to implement international resolutions
Occupied Al-Quds(ST)-The Palestinian presidency stressed that Israeli terrorism against the Palestinian people and their land requires a firm international stance that goes beyond the inability to implement international law due to the American positions supporting the occupation.
Presidency spokesman Nabil Abu Rudeineh explained in a statement today, reported by WAFA, that the international community must implement international legitimacy resolutions, foremost of which is UN Security Council Resolution No. 2735, which calls for an immediate ceasefire in the Gaza Strip, the entry of aid into it, the Israeli withdrawal from it, and enabling the State of Palestine to assume its full responsibilities in the Strip, as well as implementing the UN General Assembly resolution regarding ending the occupation and settlement.
The presidency condemned the ongoing occupation aggression on the Strip and the West Bank and the settlers’ attacks under the protection of the occupation forces on the town of Hawara in Nablus and other cities and towns in the West Bank, noting that settler gangs carried out 30 terrorist attacks on Nablus in less than a month, holding the US administration responsible because it provides full support to the occupation authorities and prevents them from international accountability.
