Palestinian presidency condemns the Israeli occupation’s plan to establish 2200 new settlement units in the West Bank
The Palestinian presidency has condemned the Israeli occupation’s plan to build 2200 new settlement units in the West Bank including in occupied Al-Quds.
In a statement reported by WAFA News Agency on Thursday, the Palestinian Presidency said that the occupation’s settlement building plans violate all international legitimacy resolutions, foremost of which is the UN Security Council Resolution No. 2334, which clearly affirms the illegality of settlements in all the Palestinian territories.
The Palestinian people will never accept any attempt to cancel their inalienable legitimate rights, the Palestinian presidency stressed, calling on the international community to work seriously and immediately as to force the occupation to implement the international legitimacy resolutions, to stop its settlement building plans and to put an end to its crimes against the Palestinians.
