Palestinian NGOs Network: Settler attacks are part of the war of ethnic cleansing and they must be stopped

The Palestinian Non-Governmental Organizations Network called on the United Nations to provide immediate international protection for the Palestinian people under occupation, put an end to the grave violations and escalating crimes committed by the occupation in the West Bank, and stop the genocidal war in the Gaza Strip.

Wafa Agency quoted the network of NGO as saying in a statement today: What happened in the villages of the eastern countryside of Ramallah, Al-Bireh, and the villages south of Nablus during the past two days of attacks carried out by more than 1,500 settlers, represents a dangerous development that falls within the framework of the open occupation war, the policy of collective punishment, the prevention of movement and the unjust siege with the aim of perpetuating the occupation fait accompli.

The network added: These attacks are a prelude to a series that may be more extensive in the future, and may take more violent and brutal dimensions and forms with the aim of forcing the people of villages and towns, especially those adjacent to settlements and settlement roads, to leave them as part of a comprehensive plan to ethnically cleanse it and empty the Palestinian land of its legal owners through the force of organized terrorism practiced for more than 75 years without the world doing anything to stop these crimes.
