Palestinian National Council: The recognition of the State of Palestine by Norway, Spain, and Ireland is a victory for the justice of the cause

Occupied Al-Quds, (ST) – The Palestinian National Council affirmed that the recognition of the State of Palestine by Norway, Spain and Ireland is a victory for the justice of the cause and for the Palestinian people who are still suffering under Israeli occupation and suffering from crimes of ethnic cleansing and genocide.

Wafa News Agency quoted Council President Rawhi Fattouh as saying in a statement today: The right of the Palestinian people to self-determination is an established right recognized under international law.

He called on countries that have not yet recognized the State of Palestine to stand up to their responsibilities, and restore confidence in international justice and international law without discrimination.

In turn, the Fatah movement made clear that the rights of peoples do not lapse by statute of limitations, and that these historical recognitions were the result of the enormous sacrifices, steadfastness and struggles of the Palestinians.

These recognitions are an expression of the countries of the world’s bias towards the right of the Palestinian people to independence and the establishment of their independent, sovereign state with Al-Quds (Jerusalem) as its capital, stressing the continuation of the struggle until liberation from the occupation despite The enormity and enormity of the sacrifices.
