Palestinian National Council: The Israeli occupation’s aggression on Lebanon is an extension of the war of extermination

Occupied Al-Quds,( ST)- The Palestinian National Council stressed that the Israeli occupation’s aggression on Lebanon is an extension of the war of ethnic cleansing and genocide it is waging against the Palestinian people, warning that the occupation is planning to drag the region into a regional war to achieve its aggressive colonial ambitions.

The council clarified in a statement today, reported by WAFA News Agency, that the failure of the international community to stop the war of genocide in Gaza Strip resulted in the occupation persisting in committing more aggressive acts and war crimes against the Lebanese people. The council called for immediate international intervention to put an end to the occupation and impose a ceasefire.

The council noted the solidarity of the Palestinian people with the Lebanese people and their right to defend themselves and their sovereignty, calling on the Arab and Islamic countries to stand united in the confrontation of the occupation’s ambitions and the dangers that threaten their stability and to pressure the US administration to force the occupation to stop the war.
