Palestinian Ministry of Health warns of hospitals in Gaza stopping work

Occupied Al-Quds, (ST) –  The Palestinian Ministry of Health warned that hospitals, health centers and the only oxygen station in Gaza City will stop working due to the Israeli occupation preventing the entry of fuel into the Strip.

The ministry clarified in a statement on Wednesday that this matter will expose the lives of dozens of patients and wounded to certain death, in addition to the damage of medicines in refrigerators due to the failure to bring in the necessary fuel to operate the generator that supplies the oxygen station and refrigerators for storing medicines.

The ministry indicated that kidney dialysis services in Gaza might also stop , due to the lack of fuel in addition to the remaining ambulances that will also stop working.

The ministry appealed to all international and humanitarian institutions to intervene to bring in the necessary fuel, in addition to the electric generators and spare parts needed for maintenance.
