Palestinian Liberation Army: The Palestinian people are still sacrificing and responding to the disasters of Balfour Declaration
The leadership of Chief of Staff of the Palestine Liberation Army affirmed that every year that passes on the memory of the sinister Balfour Declaration, renewes the heinous crime that has so disgraced the international community and international and humanitarian organizations since its issuance due to the disasters, wars, calamities, massacres and bloodshed it caused in the region over the years.
In a statement today on the occasion of the 103rd anniversary of the issuance of the Balfour Declaration, the Chief of Staff said: “The Palestinian people are still sacrificing and confronting this ominous declaration. They must unify in word, position and effective struggle to confront the Zionist scheme in light of the so-called “deal of the century” plot and the subsequent crimes committed by the administration of US President Donald Trump.
The Chief of Staff indicated that Western colonialism continued its crimes after the Balfour Declaration, presenting evidence for its unlimited support for the Zionist settlement plan and using all possible tools without deterrence. It affirmed that the Palestinian Liberation Army, the Palestinian people and all honorable people adhere to the resistance and are confident that victory will be their ally, that terrorism will be undermined and the brutal Zionist terror.
The Chief of Staff renewed its support for Syria and its army, people and leadership until victory and the restoration of the occupied Syrian Arab Golan.
On November 2, 1917, the sinister Declaration made by British Foreign Secretary Arthur Balfour to the leader of the Zionist movement James Rothschild, by which he granted the Jews spread throughout the world the right to establish a “national home” for them in Palestine based on the false saying “A land without a people for a people without a land.” It was the suffering of the Palestinian people, who fell victim to the intrigues and plots of the colonialists and the ambitions of global Zionism.
