Palestinian Front calls for putting an end to US hostile measures against Syrian people

DAMASCUS, Jan.17, (ST)- The Palestinian Popular Struggle Front has  asserted that the new American measures, sanctions and continuous threats against the Syrian people come within the context of the unjust, illegal and immoral siege imposed on them, calling for urgent international action to put an end to all these hostile measures and practices as it is no longer acceptable to remain silent about them.

In a statement released on Tuesday, the front renewed confidence in the ability of the government, the Syrian people, their courageous leadership, and all popular and official bodies to confront these measures, which will not undermine the will and steadfastness of this great people.

The Front stressed that the Palestinian people and the resistance forces stood by the Syrian people and their wise leadership, noting Syria’s stances, which were and still are firm in confronting the forces conspiring against the Arab nation and the Palestinian cause.
