Palestinian Foreign Ministry: Weak international reactions to the massacre of the occupation in Gaza Strip reflect double standards

Occupied Al-Quds (ST) – The Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed its deep astonishment at the weak international reactions to the massacre committed by the Israeli occupation in the besieged Gaza Strip on Tuesday, stressing that these responses are a reflection of international double standards in dealing with international law and human rights issues and principles.

The massacre resulted in the martyrdom of 15 Palestinians, among them were 4 children, and the injury of 22 others.

According to Wafa News Agency, the ministry stated that this massacre is a war crime and a crime against humanity, noting that it will continue to work with various international bodies including ongoing investigation committee emanating from the Human Rights Council, the presidency and members of the UN Security Council, the presidency of the UN General Assembly, and the competent international courts with the aim of exposing the crimes of the occupation.

The ministry called on the international community to shoulder its legal and moral responsibilities in providing international protection to the Palestinian people, implementing international legitimacy resolutions, and holding the Israeli perpetrators of war crimes accountable.
