Palestinian Foreign Ministry urges taking serious international measures to end the Israeli occupation

The Palestinian Foreign Ministry has renewed its call for taking serious international measures that lead to ending the Israeli occupation of Palestine and stopping its crimes against the Palestinians.

Ina statement on Wednesday, the minister said that the Israeli occupation’s open war on the Palestinian people and its escalating settlement expansion policy aim at undermining any hope for establishing the independent Palestinian state with Al-Quds as a capital.

The ministry added that enabling the Palestinian people to practice their self-determination right on the soil of their homeland is the way to achieve security and stability in the Middle East, as the continuity of the Israeli occupation is the reason for tension in this region.

In another context, 91 extremist settlers stormed into Al-Aqsa Mosque from the side of Bab Al-Magharbeh and carried out provocative tours in its courtyards under the protection of the occupation forces.

The provocative behavior comes a day after 225 settlers stormed into the Mosque.
