Palestinian Foreign Ministry urges Security Council to implement international resolutions, end Israeli occupation of Palestine

The Palestinian Foreign Affair Ministry has renewed its calls on the UN to assume its responsibilities towards the Palestinian’s suffering and to take the necessary measures to ensure the implementation of the international legitimacy resolutions and end the Israeli occupation of Palestine.

Today, Wafa agency reported that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs condemned the brutal attacks of the settlers against the Palestinians and their properties in the town of Hawara in Nablus yesterday, which caused the injury of a number of Palestinians, including children, noting that the occupation forces provide protection for settlers to continue their crimes.

The Ministry indicated that this serious attack comes a few days after the arson and vandalism operation carried out by settler gangs in Hawara village and a number of towns, south of Nablus, despite dozens of statements of condemnation from various countries of the world. It also stressed the need for the International Community to transform words into deeds and take practical measures to stop the terror and the crimes of the settlers and the occupation forces against the Palestinians.
