Palestinian Foreign Ministry urges international community to stop the terror of Israeli settler gangs against the Palestinians

The Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates on Saturday called on the international community to put pressure on the Israeli occupation with the aim of halting the crimes of armed terrorist settler gangs against the Palestinians and undermining their funding sources.

In a statement, the Foreign Ministry said that the settler gangs have escalated their violations against the Palestinians through repeatedly attacking and killing defenseless Palestinian civilians, storming into their homes, stealing and razing their lands and property and assaulting their sanctities in all the West Bank, including in occupied Al-Quds (Jerusalem) which amount to war crimes and crimes against humanity amid the silence and inaction of the international community.

The ministry said the terrorism being practices by the Israeli occupation forces and ad settlers recalls the crimes of the Zionist gangs and the massacres that were committed against the Palestinians before 1948. It also affirmed that the silence of the international community over these criminal practices encourages the occupation forces and settlers to commit more violations against the international law and the principles of human rights.

The ministry also called on the international community to include all settler organizations in terror lists.

Palestinian Foreign Ministry calls for imposing deterrent sanctions on Israeli occupation authorities

On Friday, the Palestinian Foreign Ministry issued a statement in which it called on the international community to impose deterrent sanctions on the Israeli occupation authorities to force them to comply with the resolutions of international legitimacy and implement the United Nations resolutions on the Palestinian issue.

The ministry said “the incitement statements made by some official in the occupation government against the Palestinians encourage settler gangs to commit more crimes and violations against the Palestinians and their property, the latest of which was the attack on the village of Al-Tuwana in Masafer Yatta, south of Al-Khalil city (Hebron), and the burning of more than 10 dunums of agricultural crops and destroying Palestinian property there.”
