Palestinian Foreign Ministry: The Rashid Street massacre is an embodiment of the genocidal war carried out by the occupation

The Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs condemned the heinous massacre committed by the Israeli occupation against the Palestinians who were waiting for the arrival of aid trucks at the Nabulsi roundabout on Al-Rashid Street in Gaza City, which led to the death of 100 Palestinians and the injury of hundreds.
The Foreign Ministry said in a statement today, reported by Wafa Agency: “This heinous massacre proves once again that the occupation government does not pay any attention to international appeals and demands to protect civilians. The occupation practices the complete opposite of the appeals and demands for an immediate cessation of Israeli aggression as the only way to protect the Palestinians.
The Foreign Ministry pointed out that this massacre is new evidence of genocide and the occupation policy of forcefully displacing the Palestinian people.
In turn, the Palestinian factions gathered in Moscow to condemn the heinous Zionist crime on Al-Rashid Street against the besieged civilians who were searching for a living in light of the starvation war that has been practiced against them for more than 146 days.
The factions said in a statement today: “This crime confirms the approach of Benjamin Netanyahu and his government to kill and abuse the Palestinian people and comes in the context of the genocide campaign against them,” holding the administration of US President Joe Biden responsible for the occupation crimes as well for giving political cover and military support to the Zionist entity.
The factions added that they stand united in defending the Palestinian people and stress the necessity of national unity to get rid of the occupation and confront it and the external parties supporting it, especially the United States of America.
