Palestinian Foreign Ministry: The protection of some major countries to the occupation encourages it to persist in its crimes

The Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs has affirmed that the protection provided by several major countries to the Israeli occupation to ensure its continued impunity,  the weak international reactions towards its violations and the absence of international will to implement relevant United Nations resolutions, encourages the occupation to persist in committing more crimes.

In a statement today, the ministry condemned the continuous crimes of the occupation forces and its settlers against the Palestinians, their land, properties, and sanctities, the most recent of which was the brutal storming of the town of Al-Zababdeh, south of Jenin city, in the West Bank, which led to the martyrdom of the 17-year-old Othman Abu Kharj, in addition to the crimes of demolishing Palestinian homes and facilities and distributing more demolition notices, as happened yesterday west of Ariha city and northwest of Al Quds.

The Foreign Ministry also indicated that these violations and crimes are part of the occupation’s open war on the Palestinian presence in Al-Quds capital and the rest of the West Bank, and are part of an expansionist colonial scheme that is racing against time to complete the annexation processes, which leads to undermining any opportunity to establish the Palestine state with Al-Quds as its capital, which necessitates urgent US and international intervention to force the occupation to stop its violations.
