Palestinian Foreign Ministry: The International Criminal Court should start an investigation into the crimes of the occupation

The Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs renewed its call on the International Criminal Court to break its silence and immediately begin its investigations into the crimes of the Israeli occupation against the Palestinians, in order to stop them and hold those responsible to account.

In a statement, circulated by Wafa Agency, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs condemned the heinous crime committed by the occupation forces at dawn today in the West Bank, which led to the death of a young man and the injury and arrest of others, during their storming of Aqabat Jaber camp in Jericho and towns in Jenin and Nablus.
The Foreign Ministry pointed out that this crime is an extension of the crimes committed by the occupation forces against the Palestinians, indicating that the repeated and bloody incursions of the occupation into Palestinian cities, camps and towns, with the accompanying repression, abuse and intimidation, threaten a dangerous escalation of the situation.
