Palestinian Foreign Ministry: Israeli occupation continues with attempts to disavow commitment to implementing international resolutions

The Palestinian Foreign Ministry has condemned the Israeli occupation’s escalation of the war of genocide against the Palestinian people in Gaza Strip for the 78th day even after the adoption of a Security Council resolution to ensure that humanitarian aid be delivered to the Strip.

This escalation is a clear message about the occupation’s defiance of the international community and an in advance attempt to create more obstacles and more difficult circumstances that impede the implementation of this resolution, the ministry said in a statement on Saturday.

The ministry affirmed the need to intensify international efforts as to stop the barbaric Israeli aggression on Gaza immediately and end the war of genocide on the Palestinian people.

Through its continued criminal behavior and escalation of its massacres in Gaza Strip, the Israeli occupation proves to the international community and the Security Council that it will continue to disavow its commitment to implementing international resolutions on Palestine, the ministry clarified.

The Israeli escalation on all parts of Gaza Strip came despite international warnings about the massive catastrophic situation which is worsening day after day, the ministry pointed out.
