Palestinian Foreign Ministry calls on the Security Council to stop the crimes of Israeli occupation

Occupied Al-Quds-(ST) – The Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs called on the UN Security Council to assume its responsibilities and stop the crimes of the Israeli occupation.

The Ministry also called for taking the necessary measures to implement the resolutions of international legitimacy, and create appropriate conditions for the establishment of an independent Palestinian state.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs condemned the crimes of the occupation forces and settler gangs against the Palestinians, their land, property, and sanctities. It also condemned the collective punishment practiced by the occupation authorities on the Palestinians. “The foremost of these collective penalties are the storming into their cities and towns, closing entrances and exits of these cities and towns and setting up military checkpoints there to harass them and paralyze their movement “, it added.

The Foreign Ministry pointed out that the occupation’s aggressive measures, aimed at seizing more Palestinian land and escalating the implementation of the annexation plan, are invalid and illegal.

The Ministry warned against the consequences of the international community dealing with these unilateral measures as familiar and usual things that are repeated daily.
