Palestinian Foreign Ministry calls for an end to Israeli settlement plans

The Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs renewed its call on the international community to implement the resolutions of international legitimacy and stop the Israeli settlement plans.

In a statement today reported by Wafa Agency, the Ministry condemned the statements of Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett, which he always repeats and stresses the continuation of the expansion of settlement operations, which undermines any opportunity to establish a sovereign Palestinian state geographically connected to its capital, Jerusalem.

The Palestinian Foreign Ministry called on the international community to be aware of the seriousness of these statements, which are considered aggressive against the Palestinian people and a violation of their legitimate national rights. It called on the Security Council and the International Quartet to call for an international conference to settle the Palestinian issue on the basis of international legitimacy resolutions that guarantee ending the Israeli occupation of the land of the State of Palestine.
