Palestinian FM renews call on international community to force Israeli occupation to stop heinous crimes against the Palestinian people

Occupied (ST): The Palestinian Foreign Ministry renewed its call on the international community to force the Israeli occupation authorities to implement international legitimacy resolutions and stop their crimes against the Palestinian people.

In a statement released today, the Ministry condemned the daily incursion of the Israeli occupation forces into Palestinian towns and cities, their raid on neighborhoods and homes, amid firing of bullets, sound and gas bombs, and their arrest and torture of the Palestinians.

The Ministry clarified that the occupation forces are escalating their attacks on the Palestinians in the town of Issawiyeh in Jerusalem, the latest of which was their decision yesterday to arrest a boy, tie him in chains, beat him and insult him, noting that what happened in Issawiyeh is repeated daily throughout the occupied Palestinian territories as part of a general scene that shows the brutality of the occupation and the extent of the suffering and injustice that befalls the Palestinian people.

Concluding its statement, the Ministry expressed deep regrets at the state of international indifference towards the occupation crimes, which embody the most flagrant violation of human rights principles.
