Palestinian Endowments Ministry condemns Israeli’s daily attacks on al-Aqsa Mosque
The Palestinian Ministry of Endowments (Awqaf) has denounced the continuous attacks of the Israeli occupation forces and settlers on al-Aqsa Mosque, calling on the international community to put an end to these attacks.
Undersecretary of the Ministry of Endowments Hossam Abo al-Rab said that storming al-Aqsa Mosque and Al-Haram al-Ibrahimi by Israeli forces and settlers on a daily basis is a blatant attack on the religious freedoms of Muslims and their holy shrines.
He added that these attacks target Muslims’ history and culture and aim at Judaizing al-Haram al-Ibrahimi and impose the occupation authority on it.
Abo al-Rab appealed to the international community to adopt urgent steps to protect Islamic and Christian shrines and to stop the Israeli’s attacks that risk the occupied al-Quds city [Jerusalem] and the region as well.
