Palestinian Awqaf demands an end to the occupation’s plans to Judaize Al-Aqsa

Occupied al-Quds, (ST) – The Palestinian Ministry of Endowments (Awqaf) and Religious Affairs renewed its call on the international community to stop the Israeli occupation’s plans to Judaize Al-Aqsa Mosque.

In a statement by Wafa News Agency today, the ministry denounced the occupation forces ’storming of the Dome of the Rock and preventing the Palestinians from completing its restoration work.

The statement indicated that the occupation is escalating its blatant attacks on the Al-Aqsa Mosque and preventing the Reconstruction Committee from carrying out any restoration and maintenance work in it. The occupation practices the most horrific types of oppression and arrogance against Al-Aqsa’s guards, the employees of the Islamic endowments and the worshipers, taking advantage of the (Corona) pandemic to prevent worshipers from reaching it while providing protection for settlers to storm it.

The statement warned of the danger of the occupation’s plans to Judaize Al-Aqsa Mosque and the occupied city of  Al-Quds (Jerusalem), pointing to the need for the international community to stop the occupation’s crimes against the Palestinians.
