Palestine sends relief team to participate in the rescue operations of the earthquake victims
On February 9th, Palestine announced sending a relief team to support efforts to rescue the earthquake victims.
Wafa news agency quoted Palestinian Foreign Minister Riyad al-Maliki as saying: “The team will arrive today to Syria and will start work upon its arrival in the areas affected by the earthquake, and will participate in rescue, evacuation and first aid operations.”
He pointed out that Palestine is ready to use all available capabilities in order to provide a helping hand to Syria.
