Palestine Liberation Organization calls for international protection for Palestinians

The Palestine Liberation Organization renewed its demand for immediate international action to provide protection for the Palestinian people in light of the daily crimes of the Israeli occupation.

Wafa Agency quoted the organization as saying in a statement today that the occupation authorities are committing continuous massacres throughout the occupied Palestinian territories, the latest of which was the massacre in which five people were killed in less than twenty-four hours by the occupation forces’ bullets, in addition to dozens of wounded .

The organization stressed that the international failure to implement international law and resolutions of international legitimacy related to the Palestinian cause encourages the occupation to persist in its crimes.

For his part, Fateh spokesman Osama al-Qawasmi stressed the need for the Security Council and the Secretary-General of the United Nations to leave their “state of concern“ and to condemn and implement  international resolutions, as well as holding Israel accountable for its crimes.
