Pakistani Minister of Information: We are ready to enhance cooperation with Syria in various fields

Islamabad (ST): Pakistani Minister of Information Fouad Chaudhry affirmed his country’s readiness to enhance cooperation with Syria in all fields, especially in the media field.

 

During his meeting today with Chargé d’Affairs at the Syrian Embassy in Islamabad, Mazen Obeid, the two sides discussed ways to enhance joint cooperation in various fields, especially in the field of media and culture, and to benefit from Syrian experiences in translating Pakistani cinematic and television works into Arabic and the participation of Syrian artists in festivals held in Pakistan.

For his part, Obeid referred to the important role played by the Syrian media during the terrorist war on Syria in confronting the misleading Western media against it.
