The Arab Group for Exhibitions and Conferences has set the date of the 22nd edition of the International Construction Exhibition “Buildex” to be held between May 27th and 31st at Damascus Fairground.

These companies include 217 international companies and 266 local ones. Most of these companies are participating for the first time in a Syrian event since 2011.
Hilal indicated that the wide variety of specialties participating in the exhibition, including building and construction materials, stone and marble, paints and insulation materials, air conditioning and ventilation equipment, pipes and elevators, control and hand tools, ceramics, mixers and sanitary ware, aluminum and glass, alternative energy, water technologies, environmental sustainability, home, office and hotel furnishings, real estate development companies, engineering offices, research firms, shipping companies, banks, security and safety systems, electricity and lighting.
He added that 126 Turkish companies covering an area of 3,836 square meters will take part in the five-day event.

China is also participating with 11 companies, while Egypt is participating with 15 companies, Germany with two companies, and one company each from Iraq, Lebanon, the UAE, the Sultanate of Oman, and Kuwait. The remaining international participation is represented by local importing companies and their Syrian agents.

This will contribute to bridging the gap that has formed between the Syrian construction sector and the development of this sector around the world. It will also provide the opportunity to explore the potential of the sector in the future and hold meetings between international and local companies to obtain the best offers and reach the most feasible agreements.
Through the B2B program, any company or entity can register its participation in it as of today, with the facilities and direct supervision of the BuildX team.
