Our armed forces destroy terrorist headquarters in  Deir ez-zor and shoot down their drones in the Aleppo countryside

Damascus – (ST)- In response to the repeated attacks by armed terrorist organizations on our military points, safe villages and towns ,units of our armed forces in cooperation with friendly Russian ones carried out precise qualitative operations by military aircrafts, drones, and artillery  which they targeted terrorist headquarters, sites, and vehicles in  Deir ez-Zor and palmyra countryside.

The Ministry of Defense said in a statement today:” The operations resulted in the complete destruction of terrorist headquarters and the elimination of dozens of them, including leaders of the ISIS terrorist organization.

A unit of our forces operating in the direction of the Aleppo countryside was also able to shoot down and destroy a number of terrorist drones and prevent them from achieving their goals.”

A terrorist group was also confronted by attempting to attack a military checkpoint in the Daraa countryside. Its members were killed and wounded, and their weapons were confiscated.
