One Palestinian injured and another detained south of Tubas

Occupied Al-Quds- (ST): A Palestinian woman was injured and another was detained today during the Israeli occupation forces’ storming of the town of Tammoun, south of the city of Tubas in the West Bank.

Wafa Agency reported that the occupation forces stormed the town and attacked the Palestinians by shooting them, which led to a woman being injured in the head and taken to the hospital to receive treatment. They also detained a Palestinian after searching his house and tampering with its contents in the town.

A number of Palestinians were injured and one of them was detained yesterday during the Israeli occupation forces’ storming of various areas in the West Bank.

Meanwhile, the Israeli occupation forces seized the Palestinian curriculum books from the students’ bags, while they were heading to the Sharia School and the Al-Aqsa Kindergarten inside the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque.

Wafa Agency reported that the occupation forces intercepted the students and teachers before entering the mosque, searched their bags, and seized the Palestinian curriculum books.

The strike took place in the schools of the town of Jabal Mukaber in the city of Jerusalem last Saturday, on the first day of the new school year, in protest against the occupation’s arbitrary measures against students and its continued restrictions on Jerusalem schools, as part of its war to Judaize education and obscure and distort the facts of history.
