On Workers’ Day, Syrian workers pledge to bring back all production facilities

Over the past nine years, Syrian  workers’ standing behind their machines with their determination to continue the production process under difficult circumstances in support of the Syrian Arab army in its battle against terrorism  have  constituted one of the main factors of steadfastness and strength for Syria.

Today, Syrian workers renew their role in completing work in all industrial and production facilities despite the situation resulting from the precautionary measures taken to confront the spread of the Corona virus pandemic.

On  International Workers’ Day, worker Mohammad Shuaib, who has been working in the textile department of the United Arab Company for 45 years,  said that undaunted by the immense challenges spawned by the current circumstances, workers in the company stress they are now determined more than at any time before to continue performing their national task in this company which is considered one of the most important public sector companies in the country.

He added that despite the shortage of the number of workers during the ongoing circumstances, the company’s workers intensified their efforts  to meet the needs of citizens  while being completely committed to preventive measures adopted to confront the Corona-virus pandemic.

The Director of  the textile Department at the Company Ahmad Faroukh said that workers are the basic pillar of the national economy and over the years of war, Syrian workers did not stop production despite difficult circumstances.

The Director of the Company engineer Hussam al-Shalha said that workers are the main pillar of economy and production and they deserve high appreciation and reward.

Marking the International Workers’ Day, Syrian workers in all sectors will always be on high alert and press ahead in working vigorously to bring to life all production facilities and factories  that havens  been stricken by terrorist acts of devastation and plunder.
