On the occasion of the Army Day, an artistic ceremony and activity for paragliding in Aleppo

Aleppo (ST): On the occasion of the seventy-sixth anniversary of the founding of the Syrian Arab Army, the Ministry of Tourism and the Federation of Syrian Chambers of Tourism held this evening an artistic concert for the artist Mohammad Khairy on the amphitheater of the Citadel of Aleppo, in cooperation with the Aleppo Governorate and the “MTN” company, during which a group of patriotic songs and songs of the Aleppo heritage  were presented and a group of wounded from the Syrian Arab Army Personnel were honored.

Parallel to the ceremony, a paragliding activity was also held under the supervision of Cham Wings company.

Engineer Nidal Mashfaj, Assistant Minister of Tourism, stated that the ceremony was held in honor of the heroes of the Syrian Arab Army on the occasion of their Day, in which all Syrians affirm their support and standing by the side of the nation’s protectors through messages of joy and love that the Syrian people addressed to everyone who sacrificed himself and sacrificed the precious for the soil of the homeland, pointing out that the Ministry of Tourism continues to hold various events commemorating the founding of the Syrian Arab Army.

Engineer Talal Khudair, head of the Federation of Chambers of Tourism in Syria, explained that the event comes in appreciation of the heroism of the martyrs and wounded men of the Syrian Arab Army, especially those who sacrificed their lives for the return of security and safety to the city of Aleppo and its liberation from terrorism.

Osama Sate’, Director of Public Relations and Business Development at Cham Wings Company, referred to the efforts made by the company to set up activities and events for glider pilots parallel to the technical ceremony, as an expression of joy on the anniversary of the Syrian Arab Army  Day, which wrote the most wonderful epics of heroism on every inch of Syria’s precious soil.

Artist, Muhammad Khairy, expressed his happiness for the participation of the Syrian people and the city of Aleppo in their joys on the occasion of the Syrian Arab Army, which withstood the most severe terrorist attacks and preserved the land and honor.

In statements following the event, a number of the honored wounded of the Syrian Arab Army expressed their thanks for this initiative, which came in appreciation of the sacrifices they made to restore security and stability to the homeland, stressing their pride in belonging to this army.

For their part, a number of attendees expressed their joy at the return of the atmosphere of joy to the city of Aleppo, and the participation of the heroes of the Syrian Arab Army in their celebrations of the Army Day.
