On occasion of Eid al-Adha, visits paid to military hospitals in Damascus, Aleppo and Sweida

Provinces – In appreciation of their sacrifices in the course of defending the homeland and on the occasion of Eid al-Adha, delegations of politicians, businessmen and other figures paid visits to injured personnel of the Army in military hospitals in Damascus, Aleppo and Sweida provinces.

Minister of Tourism Bishr Yazigi and Aleppo Governor Hussein Diab visited the Military Hospital in Aleppo and the Martyrs’ Cemetery where they placed wreaths on the monument of the Unknown Soldier, SANA reported.

The injured stressed that their wounds will not dissuade them from going back to the battlefield and continue fighting terrorism once they recover, stressing that the criminal atrocities committed by the terrorists encourage them to be stronger in the battle of counterterrorism.
