On Al-Aqsa Intifada anniversary, coalition of Palestinian forces reaffirms its adherence to the resistance

The Palestinian Forces Alliance reiterated its adherence to the option of resistance and the necessity of the unity of the Palestinian national ranks to confront the Zionist enemy, and to confront the plans of Judaization and desecration carried out by Zionist settlers.

In a statement on the 22nd  anniversary of “Al-Aqsa Intifada”, the coalition clarified that Al-Aqsa Mosque will remain an arena for confronting Judaization and clashing with the enemy. It  noted that what the Al-Haram Al-Sharif yards witnessed in this intifada revealed the readiness of the defenseless and struggling Palestinian people to continue their struggle and they have proven that they are neither submissive nor complacent or intimidated by the might of the enemy represented in killing, arrest, house demolition, siege and starvation.

The alliance indicated that over  22 years, the Palestinian people, with their youth, women and men, fought a lot of operations, confrontations and uprisings, proving that the enemy can be defeated if there is determination and sincere belief in victory.

The coalition said: “These days, the Zionist enemy continues to attack and desecrate Al-Aqsa Mosque, and to dig tunnels to shake the foundations of its building. So, what is required of the Arab and Islamic people is to support the struggle of Palestines in Jerusalem and Al-Aqsa, and to  raise the slogan of resistance and field unity in the battlefields and confrontation because it is the only method that forces the enemy to retreat.”

The coalition saluted the steadfast Palestinian people throughout Palestine and the arenas of confrontation, the heroic prisoners who fight the battles of glory, honor and dignity, the battles of the empty intestines,. It also saluted the martyrs who sacrificed in defense and victory of the Palestinian cause.

It is noteworthy that the Palestinians commemorate every year the anniversary of “Al-Aqsa Intifada,” which was sparked on September 28, 2000, after war criminal Ariel Sharon stormed the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque with the protection of two thousand occupation forces.
