Omani Foreign Minister renews call on the international community to assume its responsibilities in stopping the Israeli aggression against Gaza
Omani Foreign Minister Badr al-Busaidi renewed the call on the international community to assume its responsibilities in stopping the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip, alleviate the suffering of its residents and open all crossings for the humanitarian and relief aid needed by Gazans.
“During his meeting today with Jibril Rajoub, Secretary of the Central Committee of the Fatah Movement and Chairman of the Palestinian Olympic Committee, at the Ministry’s headquarters , al-Busaidi noted the steadfastness of the Palestinian people in confronting the challenges they face” the Omani Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a statement on Monday.
Al Busaidi stressed the necessity of continuing efforts and endeavors to achieve justice in resolving the Palestinian issue on the basis of the establishment of an independent Palestinian state with Jerusalem ( Al-Quds) as its capital.
