Omani FM deplores lack of Security Council resolve to help end Syrian crisis

 Omani Foreign Minister Yusuf Bin Alawai on Wednesday expressed concern about lack of resolve by the United Nations Security Council to help end bloodshed and humanitarian crisis in Syria,according to FNA.

He made the remarks in a meeting with Iran’s Foreign Minister Ali Akbar Salehi in Tehran.

UNSC is the only eligible international organization which can help resolve the humanitarian crisis in Syria, he said.

There is no consensus between members of United Nations Security Council to end the humanitarian crisis in Syria, he said.
