Oman , Iran demand immediate halt to Israeli aggression on Gaza and Lebanon

Muscat (ST)-Omani Foreign Minister Badr bin Hamad al-Busaidi and Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi called during their meeting in the Omani capital Muscat today for an immediate halt to the Israeli aggression and genocide in Gaza and Lebanon.

During the meeting, Araghchi stressed that diplomacy is the only way to prevent major crises in the region and avoid escalating tensions and wars. He noted that the region is experiencing a state of alert and may be on the brink of wide-scale conflicts.

Araghchi stressed that his country is fully prepared for any scenario, pointing to the importance of continuing cooperation with the Sultanate of Oman and other countries to confront regional challenges through coordination and consultations to enhance security and stability in the region.
