Oman condemns the occupation’s attempts to destroy UNRWA
The Sultanate of Oman condemned the attempts of the Israeli occupation entity that aim at destroying the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees “UNRWA” and at classifing it as a “terrorist organization.”
In a statement on Sunday , the Omani Ministry of Foreign Affairs stressed the importance of the efforts made by the agency to provide relief to about 6.4 million Palestinian refugees, warning of the catastrophic results of attempts to undermine its work and its role in providing aid to the residents of Gaza Strip.
The Foreign Ministry renewed its call for the immediate implementation of UN resolutions on ceasefire in Gaza and the entry of humanitarian aid.
