Oman condemns the Israeli occupation’s targeting of international aid workers in Gaza

Muscat-(ST)- The Sultanate of Oman condemned the Israeli occupation forces’ bombing of an international relief convoy and the killing of a number of relief workers in Gaza Strip.

The Omani Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a statement published by the Omani News Agency that the Israeli occupation forces target defenseless civilians in Gaza Strip and also continuously target civilian facilities in continuation of the policy of genocide committed by the occupation authorities against the Palestinian people. The mjnistry called on the international community to hold “Israel” responsible for its systematic actions, which constitute a clear and blatant obstacle to all international demands calling for stopping the aggression and delivering humanitarian aid to Gaza.

The World Central Kitchen relief organization announced earlier today the suspension of its operations after seven of its employees were killed in an Israeli bombing of the Gaza Strip.
