Israel’s crime of escalating house demolition in occupied Palestinian territories a blatant challenge to the International Law

The Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates has condemned the Israeli occupation’s crimes of demolishing the Palestinians’ houses and facilities and seizing their lands, describing this behavior as a blatant challenge to international legitimacy resolutions.

In a statement reported by WAFA New Agency on Thursday, the ministry said that Israel continues with occupying the Palestinian territories and escalating the demolition of Palestinian houses as well as agricultural and economic facilities, noting yesterday’s demolition incidents in different areas in the Jordan valley, occupied Al-Quds, Nablus, Al-Khalil and Bethlehem which are being exposed to ethnic cleansing aiming at ending the Palestinian presence in these areas.

The occupation authorities blatantly defy the world and continue to escalate house demolition, land razing and land confiscation against the Palestinians without international accountability, which encourages the Israeli authorities to commit more violations and crimes against the Palestinians and their lands, the ministry’s statement added.

The ministry called on the international community to abandon its silence and take decisive action to stop the Israeli crimes in the Palestinian territories and to hold the perpetrators accountable.
