Occupied Al-Quds, (ST): The Israeli occupation forces arrested a Palestinian, the moment he was released, in Ramallah, in the West Bank.
Wafa news agency reported that the occupation forces re-detained the 51-year-old prisoner, Nabil Masalmeh, from the West Bank city of Al-Khalil after he spent 23 years in their detention centers, at the moment of his release.
It is noteworthy that the occupation forces detained Masalmeh in 2000, during which he was transferred between different detention centers, the last of which was the “Negev” prison.
