Occupation forces suppress an anti-settlement stand in Tulkarm

Occupied Al – Quds, (ST) – On Monday, the Israeli occupation forces and a group of settlers suppressed an anti-settlement protest in the town of Beit Lid, east of Tulkarm in the occupied West Bank.

Wafa News Agency reported that the occupation forces and settlers attacked the participants in the stand that was called for by the Palestinian national forces in Jabal Abu Luka in the town in protest against the settlers’ seizure yesterday of 80 dunums planted with olives.

Maan Rashid, the owner of the land that the settlers seized, said that the settlers’ seizure of the land is part of a scheme to link two settlements in the area and thus besiege Palestinian villages and towns after stealing their lands.
