The Palestinian National Council condemned the Israeli occupation’s crime of killing two Palestinian youths, during its raid this morning on the city of Jenin and its refugee camp in the West Bank.
The Council said in a statement: “The storming of Palestinian cities and camps, the practice of killings and the destruction of property, is an integral part of the series of daily criminal violations committed by the occupation forces against the Palestinians.”
The Council added that these crimes would not have escalated had it not been for the continued silence about them, and the continuation of double standards and selective implementation of international law.
The Council called on the international community to take immediate action and put pressure on the Israeli occupation to stop its crimes and attacks, to provide international protection for the Palestinians and to open an international investigation into the crimes committed by its forces.
On other hand, the Israeli occupation forces demolished two commercial establishments in the town of Qalandiya, northwest of occupied Jerusalem.
