Occupation forces detain 13 Palestinians in different West Bank areas

The Israeli occupation forces on Monday detained 13 Palestinians during several raids on different West Bank areas.

The occupation forces stormed into a number of neighborhoods in the cities of Al-Khalil and Ramallah as well as into the towns of Al-Sileh Al-Harithiey in Jenin, Housan in Bethlehem and Anita in Tulkarm and detained 13 Palestinians.

The occupation forces continue with their aggressive practices towards the Palestinians, putting more pressure on them with the aim of displacing them and seizing and judaizing their lands.

In another development, the Israeli settlers stormed into Al-Khader town, south of Bethlehem and razed swathes of Palestinian land to establish a settlement road.

Hassan Breijah, from the anti-settlement Commission, told WAFA News Agency that the settlers raided Al-Sha’ef area, west of Al-Khader town and razed Palestinian villagers’ lands with the aim of establishing a settlement road that leads to a settlement outpost already built on the town’s land.

Breijah said that the road will pass through an area of 40 dunums of Palestinian land, which means that more lands are to be confiscated and consequently the Palestinians will be prevented from reaching them.
