Occupation forces detain 11 Palestinians, demolish 5 facilities in the occupied West Bank

Occupied Al-Quds, (ST) – The Israeli occupation forces detained 11 Palestinians today, and demolished 5 facilities in the West Bank.

Wafa News Agency reported that the occupation forces stormed into the towns of Dura in Al-Khalil (Hebron), Silwad and Al-Mughayyir in Ramallah, and the Salam suburb in Al-Quds (Jerusalem), and detained 11 Palestinians.

The occupation forces also raided the Deheishe refugee camp south of Bethlehem, searched most of its homes, vandalized their contents, and detained more than 30 Palestinians for hours.

The occupation soldiers also stormed into the town of Rafat, northwest of Jerusalem, with a number of bulldozers, and demolished 5 facilities, while seizing solar energy systems and four water pumps placed on several springs in Khirbet Al-Deir in the northern Jordan Valley, which are used to irrigate crops, leaving about 600 dunums planted with grapes and corn without a source of water.

In the village of Tabqa, south of Hebron, the occupation forces closed all its entrances and prevented the passage of Palestinians, while setting up several military checkpoints at the entrances to Al-Khalil, its towns, villages and camps, and closing a number of main and secondary roads with iron gates, cement blocks and earthen barriers.
