Israeli occupation forces demolish four shelters in a Masafer Yatta hamlet

OCCUPIED AL-QUDS, (ST) -On Wednesday morning, the Israeli occupation forces demolished four residential shelters in Shaab al-Batm hamlet in Masafer Yatta in the south of the occupied West Bank led to the displacement of 40 people, according to Fouad al-Imour, a local activist.

He told Wafa News Agency that the four shelters were built of brick and tin sheets and dwelled by four families.

 The demolition, he explained, was carried out to make room for the expansion of the illegal Israeli colony of Avigal.

Occupation forces detain more than 20 Palestinians in overnight raids in the occupied territories

On the other hand in Ramallah, the Israeli occupation forces detained last night and this morning 22 Palestinians in raids at their homes in the occupied territories, according to various sources.

In the southern West Bank district of Hebron, the army detained 13 people, most of them from Arroub refugee camp, including two men and their sons.

Five other Palestinians were detained in the Salfit district, three in the Nablus district, and one from the Jenin district, all in the north of the occupied West Bank.

One Palestinian was also detained in the Ramallah-area town of Deir Jarir.
