Occupation forces block the roads leading to Jabal Sabih in the town of Beita, south of Nablus

Occupied Al-Quds, (ST) – Today, the Israeli occupation forces blocked all roads leading to Jabal Sabih in the town of Beita, south of Nablus in the West Bank.

Deputy Mayor of Beita Moussa Hamayel told WafaNews Agency that, the occupation forces prevented Palestinians from reaching the mountain and closed all roads leading to it. He added that, these arbitrary measures will not deter us from continuing the struggle to thwart the occupation’s settlement plans.

Five Palestinians, including two children, were martyred and hundreds were injured as a result of the Israeli occupation forces’ assault on the daily demonstrations in the town since last month. These demonstrations are in rejection of the occupation’s plans and the establishment of a new settlement outpost on the summit of Jabal Sabih, which belongs to the lands of the towns of BeitaQabalan, and Yatma, south of Nablus.
