Israeli occupation forces attack Palestinian farmers in Gaza Strip

The Israeli occupation forces renewed their attacks on Palestinian farmers in the besieged Gaza Strip.

Palestinian media reported that the occupation forces shot dead farmers on their lands north of Beit Lahia and east of Khan Yunis in the Gaza Strip, and forced them to leave.

The occupation forces attack Palestinian lands on the outskirts of the besieged Gaza on a daily basis to deprive them of their agriculture, in light of the unjust siege they have imposed on them for years.

In another development, a number of Palestinians were injured and one of them was arrested today, during the Israeli occupation forces’ raid on separate areas in the West Bank.

Wafa news agency reported that the occupation forces stormed the village of Lasfar in MasaferYatta, south of Hebron, and assaulted the Palestinians there, wounding a number of them, including the coordinator of the National Popular Committees to Resist the Wall and Settlements south of Hebron, Ratib al-Jabour, and the director of the Wall and Settlement Resistance Authority, Muhammad Amr.

The Israeli occupation forces also stormed the town of Birzeit, north of Ramallah, and raided houses, then arrested a young man.

Dozens of Palestinians were injured yesterday, as a result of the occupation forces and settlers assaulting them in Nablus and Qalqilya in the West Bank.
