Occupation forces and settlers prevent farmers from picking olives east of Tulkarm

The Israeli occupation forces and settlers attacked Palestinian farmers while they were picking olives in the town of Al-Labad and the village of Shufa, east of the city of Tulkarm in the West Bank.

The Wafa Agency reported that the occupation forces stormed the silos area in the town of Al-Labad, and assaulted the farmers while they were picking olives and forced them to leave their lands.

A group of settlers also stormed the village of Shufa and assaulted the farmers while they were picking olives, seized the fruits and forced them to leave their lands at gunpoint.

According to the Wall and Settlement Resistance Commission, the occupation forces and settlers carried out “253” attacks since the beginning of the olive harvest season, most of which were concentrated in Nablus and the rest in various areas of the West Bank.
