Israeli occupation detains tens of Palestinians, including ex-prisoners, in different West Bank areas

The Israeli occupation forces on Thursday detained 24 Palestinians including a wounded person in the occupied city of Al-Quds.

WAFA News Agency reported that last night, the occupation forces raided the towns of Al-Tor and Al-Issawiya in occupied Al-Quds and detained 23 Palestinians, most of them are liberated prisoners, including a wounded one.

According to the agency, the Israeli forces also detained a Palestinian young man in the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque.

The occupation forces prevented the Palestinians from entering Al-Quds old city and opened their gunfire and toxic gas at the locals in Bab Al-Amoud area in an attempt to evacuate the city from youths.

Meanwhile, the Israeli occupation detained two Palestinians in the West Bank city of Jenin.

According to WAFA, the occupation forces stormed into the town of Qabatiya, south of Jenin, turned the homes upside down and detained two former prisoners after less than a month of their release.

The occupation forces frequently raid Palestinian houses almost on a daily basis across the West Bank on the pretext of searching for “wanted” Palestinians.

In another development, the Israeli settlers stormed Al-Aqsa Mosque and carried out provocative tours in its courtyards under intensive protection by the occupation forces which impeded the entry of dozens of Palestinians to the mosque.
