Israeli occupation attacks Palestinian protestors in the West Bank city of Al-Khalil

The Israeli occupation forces on Saturday attacked participants in a protest against the Israeli criminal practices and settlement expansion.

Fouad Al-Imour, an activist, said that the protest was organized in Al-Tuwani village in Masafer Yatta town, south of the West Bank city of Al-Khalil, by Fatah Movement, the Masafer Yatta Defense Committee and many residents.

The protest was quickly attacked by Israeli soldiers who fired tear gas canisters at the protesters to disperse them, according to WAFA News Agency.

Earlier on Saturday, the occupation forces stormed into Yatta town, south of Al-Khalil, attacked several houses and ransacked their contents.
