Occupation arrests 6 Palestinians and demolishes a house in the West Bank

Occupied Jerusalem,(ST)-Today, the Israeli occupation forces arrested six Palestinians in the West Bank.

Ma’an Agency reported that the occupation forces stormed the towns of Beit Jala, west Bethlehem and the Sheikhs in Hebron, and the Jalazoun camp, north of Ramallah, and arrested six Palestinians.

Yesterday, the occupation forces arrested eight Palestinians in the West Bank.

In addition, the Israeli occupation forces stormed the village of Qarawat Bani Hassan, west of the West Bank city of Salfit, and demolished a house.

Wafa news agency reported that the occupation forces stormed Khalat Al-Qurn in the east of the town, accompanied by a number of bulldozers, and demolished a house.

The occupation forces demolished yesterday a house in Bethlehem and an agricultural facility in Hebron.

In a related context, the Israeli occupation forces attacked Palestinian lands in the town of Deir Istiya, northwest of Salfit, in the West Bank, and uprooted 220 olive trees.

In the context of implementing its settlement plans, the occupation forces are stepping up demolitions of Palestinian homes and properties in the West Bank, especially in occupied Jerusalem, in light of the international community’s ignorance of Palestinian demands for urgent intervention to stop these practices that lead to the displacement of Palestinians, and the need to implement UN resolution 2334, which calls for an immediate cessation of settlements.
